Returns & Refund Policy
At Iboga Rehab Shop, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of delivery. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and any items returned outside the 5-day window or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.
